Features:
1.Deliver maximum energy to drilling bit, fast drilling speed and low air consumption due to the special inner structure of HD series DTH hammer designed according to newest rock drilling theory.
2. Smooth performance and long service life of HD series DTH hammer due to high quality alloy steel materials and advanced processing technology adapted.
3. Low problem rate and easy to maintenance due to simple, reliable and easy assemble and disassemble inner structure of hammer.
4. Easy to depart bit from hammer due to multi—head thread connecting chuck and cylinder of hammer.
5. Interchangeable with DTH bit and drill pipe manufactured by Atlas copco and Ingersoll-rand.
Size available:
A) High pressure DTH hammer
1) 3.5 hammer to 12" hammer, such as DHD, SD, Cop, QL and etc.
B) Low pressure DTH hammer BR1, BR2, J60, J80, J100, J150, etc.
C) also can produce the DTH bits suitable for above DTH hammer and SD12 shank DTH hammer. The biggest size we have exported is 330mm for SD12.
D) ODEX system
Applications:
1.Longholes in underground mines
2.The drilling engineering of blastholes, drain holes, vent holes, raise central holes, raise driving blastholes, pipe and cable holes
3.The central holes drilling in road cutting trench
4.Rock engineering such as port and hydroelectric power station constructions in various strength rock formations.
