Preparation For Cleaning Efflorescence And Stains EC 22 5L

Application:

EC 22 is a powerful efflorescence cleaner containing acids and surfactants. It is specially formulated for cleaning surfaces made of concrete paving stones, clinker paving stones, granite, and acid-resistant natural stones. Not recommended for use on limestone, marble, or granite.

Limitations:

 

• Do not use on marble, limestone, or metal surfaces.
• It may have a negative impact on colored concrete, so it is recommended to test the product beforehand.
• For high aesthetic requirements (especially on stone surfaces), a trial application is RECOMMENDED.

• CHEMICAL BASE – acid-based solution
• PACKAGING – 1L, 5L (HDPE canisters)
• APPEARANCE/COLOR – liquid, color – colorless to yellow
• STORAGE TIME – 12 months from the date of production, if stored in unopened, undamaged, and originally sealed packaging
• STORAGE CONDITIONS – Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated room

 

Product Application:

 

• Application temperature: 5°C to 35°C
• Coverage per 1L: 3-6 m² (depending on the degree of soiling and the structure of the substrate)
• Mix thoroughly before use.
• Perform a test on a small area to check the cleaning agent's effect.
• Apply the agent evenly, wait 2-3 minutes, and rinse with water.
• Do not allow the agent to dry on the cleaned surface.
• For stubborn stains, reapply the cleaning agent and mechanically rub it into the substrate with a rough brush, then rinse with water.
• No cleaning agent residue should remain after rinsing.
• To prevent future efflorescence, apply EH 17 hydrophobic agent or products from the EI series 24 hours after applying EC-22.
• Do not use on acid-sensitive surfaces, such as marble, limestone, sandstone, or metal surfaces. Exercise caution when contacting the product with aluminum.
• It may have a negative effect on colored concrete, so it is recommended to test the product beforehand.
