Product formulated for the neutralisation of the residual pH from the surfaces previously treated with FACCADE/1 and FACCADE 3/4. It neutralises the high alkaline residues on the surfaces

DESCRIPTION: 

FACCADE 5 has been devised to neutralise and buffer residual pH of previous cleaning treatments performed using the viscous product FACCADE 1 or the liquid FACCADE 2 FACCADE 5 neutralises high alkaline residues on materials of calcareous nature, slate, basalt, travertine, cement and grit plasters. FACCADE 5 is composed by a chemically stable and balanced compound of acid surfactants and watersoluble solvents, which give the product excellent properties as builder and stabiliser. It has in fact the faculty of neutralising residues originated by a previous treatment. This product has no corrosive effects and does not leave residues, it prevents salt blooming related to previous treatments and whenever necessary it removes it thanks to its co-formulated hydrophobic solvent, while residual non-soluble and non-emulsifiable fragments are stripped - and neutralised - from the surface on which they stick; a process that is every single time determined by typology and nature of the façade whose success depends on having carefully rinsed the surface with viscous FACCADE 1 or liquid FACCADE 2 after treatment. 

HOW TO USE: 

Spray FACCADE 5 and allow a few minutes for its becoming active, then remove and rinse abundantly with pressurised washer.
