Product description
Split stones are best suited for paving small areas, squares, narrow streets, park paths, adjacent areas. This is an indispensable material for paving areas with uneven surfaces (on the slope). It gives an aristocratic look in combination with the ancient architecture of buildings.
Split stones usually have an uneven (torn) surface, which is not very comfortable to walk, especially on modern high heels. However, this disadvantage can be eliminated by shredding, which turns rough stone into pebbles with a smooth surface.
Usage: Widely used in building, driveway, road, walkway, square, patio, courtyard, landscaping etc.
Advantages of Ukrainian granite cobblestone:
- durability (squares of many European cities are paved with Ukrainian basalt and granite decades or even hundreds of years ago; it easily withstands vibration and traffic loads, atmospheric processes);
- environmental friendliness (does not harm the environment unlike asphalt and other coatings);
- fast and simple paving (does not require special dimensions), which is especially important for the arrangement of narrow medieval streets and courtyards of private houses;
- the possibility of reuse (common in European cities is the practice of reconstruction of ancient squares and streets with cobblestones, which lay underfoot for many years);
- the ability to create a variety of patterns and mosaics through a combination of stone of different breeds and colors.
Common packing: The cobblestone is packed in big-bags weighing 1.5-2 tons.

Despite the rapid scientific and technological progress that has given for mankind a lot of synthetic materials, natural stone has not lost its importance in construction. On the contrary, modern stone processing technologies have increased the possibilities of using stone products in construction.
We give priority to basalt, which has an extremely elegant, maximally solid black color, which is especially bright after rain. At the same time, we work with other types of stone: granite, gabbro, labradorite etc., which have a wide palette of colors.
We offer a wide range of products from a natural stone of the Ukrainian deposits for the arrangement of streets, squares, platforms, houses, memorial complexes:
- Split stones are best suited for paving small areas, squares, narrow streets, park paths, adjacent areas. This is an indispensable material for paving areas with uneven surfaces (on the slope). If gives an aristocratic look in combination with the ancient architecture of buildings.
- Sawn stones have all flat sides, which allows you to get the smoothest and most stable surface with minimal seams. This paving is convenient for creating patterns of the correct architectural form with clear straight lines. It can have different thicknesses and is universal for paving large and small areas, pedestrian areas and roads.
- Sawn-split stones combine sawn and split surfaces. Available in 2 versions: "pencil" and "french".
- Stone plates are used for paving mostly large areas of flat shape, construction of stairs, as well as facing facades or plinths of houses, fences etc. Additional heat treatment is performed for paving horizontal surfaces in the open air with intense load, which significantly reduces slippage. Polishing gives a mirror look and shine and it is often used for stairs, window sills, kitchen surfaces etc. Plates with split front side "rock" give to walls an ancient charm and they are often used for facing of vertical surfaces.

Bordure – is an integral element in the arrangement of streets, sidewalks, paths, lawns. Can be further heat treated to reduce sliding on wet surfaces. In addition to the traditional rectangular it can have a radial shape, which helps to create flexible lines of cascading transitions of surfaces.
