Company Overview

Company Description

Founded in 1925, Collins & Curtis have been trading from Ipswich for over ninety years, providing quality stone products at competitive prices. In the late 1980s, the company moved to its current site in Greenwich Close which is a purpose built masonry factory, fully equipped, including primary saw capability.
We directly employ around a dozen masons who are all fully trained and experienced at crafting quality products that the company is known for.
The company carries out work across the full spectrum of stone masonry including purpose designed architectural masonry, ecclesiastical masonry, monumental masonry, work-tops and floor and wall panelling.
Many of our customers are involved in the restoration and conservation of listed and historic buildings, and we advise on types of stone and techniques to ensure that any new stone supplied is fit for purpose and suitable for the intended use.
We also supply and install memorials and headstones to members of the public and for local funeral companies.
We responsibly source our stone from the UK and abroad and are happy to advise on stone choices, availability for conservation, repair or new schemes. Our dedicated stone fixing teams work across our region on supply and installation projects.
